The Kipp Garden was designed by landscape architect Frederick W. G. (William Gunster) Peck (d. 1998), who was active in the greater Philadelphia area. The clean lines of the contemporary style house with its attached greenhouse were complemented by the clean lines of Peck's design. Features included multiple flagstone patios and walkways; an alleĢe of sinuous trees; a small, manmade pond; bulbs and groundcover plants; and a wrought iron arbor. Pending additional research, the garden's location has been identified only as being in the United States.
Persons associated with the garden include Frederick W. G. Peck (landscape architect, ca. 1960-1980).

There is a remote possibility that this garden, whose location cannot be determined, was designed by and was the home of Clara Stimson Coffey, a landscape architect who was Chief of Tree Plantings with the City of New York Department of Parks & Recreation. The garden featured borders, some climbing plants, and woodland paths. The overall effect was one of understatement that complemented the contemporary design of the house and its placement in a wooded setting.
