This accession consists of server files for the Smithsonian Institution 150th Anniversary website. This website launched in 1996 in coordination with other events held
by the Smithsonian Institution to commemorate its 150th anniversary. For many years, the website was not updated nor maintained. In the early 2010s, minimal technical updates
were made to repair its functionality and extend its lifespan, but its content remained untouched. This accession includes all of the files that were stored on the web server
as of November 15, 2019, some of which were no longer part of the active website. Materials are in electronic format.
This accession consists of two websites and one blog maintained by Smithsonian Gardens as they existed on March 16, 2020. Smithsonian Gardens is located within Smithsonian
Facilities.
The Smithsonian Gardens website includes information about the gardens; educational resources and opportunities; special events and exhibitions; and the Smithsonian Gardens'
collections, including those of the Archives of American Gardens.
The Smithsonian Gardens blog, hosted on WordPress, provides a behind the scenes look at the Smithsonian Institution's gardens and horticulture-related collections and exhibitions.

The "Community of Gardens" website is a participatory archives to which users contribute images, stories, videos, and oral histories in order to preserve the history of

web-based platform. The digital report was crawled on August 14, 2020, and again on August 17, 2020. Due to technical issues, content may render at a low image quality or

This accession consists of the server files for an intranet site maintained by the Office of Facilities Engineering and Operations that was used to disseminate its
staff newsletter, "Access." The files reflect the intranet site as it existed in approximately 2014. The newsletter provided news, updates, and feature stories. Materials

This accession consists of "PRISM," the Smithsonian Institution's central intranet, as it existed on March 20, 2020, and again on June 11, 2020. "PRISM" serves as a
portal for business, personnel, administrative, technology, facilities, safety, and other guidance, policies, information, and resources. "PRISM" also includes news and a
calendar of events. Due to technical issues, these crawls of "PRISM" were done manually and without boundaries strictly set by crawling software. Some "PRISM" content may
