Built in 1926 on Avondale Circle in the Avondale neighborhood, this was the home of Joseph E. and Annie Holt Bryan. Mr. Bryan was a prominent local contractor who financed the construction of the eponymous Bryan Building in downtown Jacksonville, completed in 1928.
