The Transport Pilot's Rating Authority was signed and dated 15 April 1930. The Transport Pilot's License, issued 28 Mach 1930, includes renewals between 1931 and 1935. A photograph of Kelsey is also attached to the license. All items are particularly fragile, existing in fragments.
