Exhibit publicity files include object photographs; copies of exhibit labels; correspondence with media and the public; press clippings; production information for brochures, press kits, and other publications; information on events related to the exhibit, such as press walk-throughs and gallery tours; and media mailing list information.

The records also contain production files for the Museum newsletter from 1979 to 1993, and copies of the newsletter from 1991 to 1994.
