On March 27, 2009, the National Portrait Gallery, Smithsonian Institution, held "Conservation Panel: New Research on Marcel Duchamp Portraits by Jean Crotti," featuring conservators and curators from the Museum of Modern Art, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the National Portrait Gallery.
