Scene depicting the top of a church tower with a young boy leaning out over the edge to scoop up eggs from a rook's nest precariously balanced atop a clock support. Behind him a young girl leans out over him, holding his shirt to keep his from falling forward. In the background a flock of birds hovers over the tower.
