Summary:
Bas-relief sculpture depicts "the drama of the Cuban exile community and its graphic relation to the expulsion from the Garden of Eden and the Exodus of the Jewish race." Three nude figures, man, woman and child, emerge from an open jail door which is attached to a brick structure. The door has a small, barred window and the word "Exodus" appears in the center. A hand reaches out from the door and rests on the proper left shoulder of the man. The woman walks into the embrace of a shadowy figure whose only clearly visible feature is a proper right arm. The child leads both figures away from the door. There are three postcard scenes along the top of the relief. Each depicts a Cuban landscape and landmark. The postcard on the far right is partially obscured by the jail.
