Summary:
A seated portrait of Dr. Chester Rowell with his proper right arm resting on the arm of a Victorian chair. His proper left arm rests in his lap. The sculpture is mounted on top of a square concrete base that is adorned on the front with a rectangular bronze relief depicting Dr. Rowell seated at the bedside of a sick patient.
