Summary:
Copper-sheeted sculpture of Themis, the goddess of Justice, standing barefoot and blindfolded, holding a sword in her proper right hand, the tip of which rests on the ground. Her proper left hand is raised and once held the scales of justice. Themis wears a sleeveless, ankle-length, sheer, belted classical gown and is mounted on an octagonal base of copper sheeting over wood, and set on top of a dome.
