Summary:
A bust of James W. Husted, wearing a beard and bushy mustache, dressed in a buttoned, lapelled jacket. The bust is mounted atop an inscribed, multitiered base with a decorative relief on the upper front, set in the center of an exedra that is flanked by inscribed square granite blocks.
