Bas-relief scene of military camp with buildings in background and wagon train led by team of oxen in foreground. Rider on horseback leads wagons; man with whip in hand walks alongside oxen. Two Indians stand near man on horseback in lower right corner. Plaque is mounted on side of stone boulder.
