Summary:
A sculpture of Mary and Jesus as a child. The standing figure of Mary is wearing a long dress and head covering made out of bronze cast and strips which are welded together and give the fabric a translucent appearance. Mary holds the child in her arms and on her proper left hip. The base is hexagonal in shape.
