Summary:
Full-length standing portrait of McKinley in garb of the day, which includes a long jacketed suit and an opened overcoat. He holds a newspaper in his proper right hand. He stands atop a pedestal engraved with his name and four bronze plaques on each side. Five steps lead up to the main pedestal, which has another three steps, before the bronze plaques.
