Summary:
The plaza in front of James Center One contains a massive bronze composition of three nude muscular male figures pulling on lines that hoist three sails attached to a fifty foot mast. At the base of the mast are two smooth brick and granite discs representing the tilt of a rocking deck and the plunge of a hull as it cuts through the ocean. Below the base is a pool of water and curving steps that represent the ocean.
