Summary:
Eight granite pools with bronze seahorses, dolphins, and shells. The pools terrace downward, four on each side of the south approach from City Hall to 12th Street. Each of the northernmost pools contain a winged seahorse flanked by smaller dolphins. Each of the remaining six pools have an upright concave bronze shell from which emerges the head of a dolphin.
