Summary:
Four groups of figures on east facade of medical building. In the upper left is the nude male figure of the Thinker (or Dreamer), seen seated, holding an open book. On the upper right, are two male nudes representing the Makers or Doers. They hold what appears to be an architectural model in their laps. On the lower left is a a nude child being embraced by its mother; and on the lower right is the Purveyor or Transporter, who represents farmers and shippers, with his "gathering" net.
