Summary:
Three reliefs installed on the front facade of the library's fourth floor. Life is a seated female figure facing to her proper left. A naked child sits on her proper left knee. She wears a cape which is draped both her and the child. In her proper right hand she holds tablet. In the center, Light is a kneeling male figure facing to his proper left. He holds a scroll in his proper right hand. Freedom is a seated female figure facing to her proper right. A small child stands on her proper right side and holds on to a cape which drapes both the female and the child.
