This accession consists of "PRISM," the Smithsonian Institution's intranet. The files represent the site prior to its migration to a new platform. The bulk of the site was migrated on May 31, 2011. "PRISM" includes information and resources for staff, including policies, procedures, handbooks, announcements, and forms, which are generally organized under subsites for central administrative offices. In addition, many Smithsonian-wide committees and working groups have subsites which may include agendas, minutes, reports, membership lists, and other documents. Materials are in electronic format.
