Description:
This object is part of the Education and Outreach collection, some of which are in the Q?rius science education center and available to see.
Notes:
This is a disarticulated cast of a human female adult pelvis with pits of parturition. The pelvic cast includes 4 parts: the left hip bone, the right hip bone, the sacrum, and the coccyx. The left and right hip bones measure around 18 cm x 12 cm x 20 cm in size each. The sacrum measures around 12 cm x 8 cm x 11 cm in size. The coccyx measures aorund 1.5 cm x 0.7 cm x 2.5 cm in size.
