Description:
This object is part of the Education and Outreach collection, some of which are in the Q?rius science education center and available to see.
Notes:
These are two dragonflies, a male and a female, housed in an envelope with a specimen card. This storage is typical for dragonfly specimens. They have both been prepared with wings folded. One measures approximately 7cm from head to tail, with 5cm long wings. The other measures 6.8cm from head to tail, with 4.5cm long wings.
