Notes:
Handcarved bowl, made of two toned wood (darker and lighter natural shades within the same piece of wood). Incised with parallel lines and 2 diamonds with cross-hatching. Cracked. Chip in lip is filled in with small piece of wood, which is reinforced with a tiny strip of copper. Donor says that this bowl was acquired on a field trip organized in conjunction with the Aga Khan Conference held in Dakar, 1982.
