From card: "Head kite has pink and white face, green hair, rotating eyes and is 18 1/2" h.,22" w. Attached in tamdem [sic] by three cords, are 29 buff discs, 10" dia. With red rosettes. Final disc has pendeant [sic] tail of paper. Each unit has lateral bamboo balancers about 45" w. Overall with grass tufts at ends. 12/27/67 though one item of this type in Nat. Air. Mus. Anth. has 37 more of these discs, some with red curved lines, fastened to middle of thin sticks, some with orig. nos. 219, and these probably go with a kite of this type.
