Board with circular projection at one end and four long rectangular projections at the other; elaborate incised designs on front, including small thunderbird, with red and dark blue pigments in incising; undercorated back of board shows many cut? marks, and also has a large splotch of red pigment. This object is similar in style to No. 182, p. 253, illustrated in Penney, David W., Richard A. Pohrt, Milford G. Chandler, and George P. Horse Capture. 1993. The object in the publication is identified as Eastern Sioux (i.e. Dakota), possibly a feather box lid.
