Notes:
Bilum made with yarn looped in a figure eight looping. Light blue background, with red and darker blue lines, forming a kundu or drum design pattern (an hour-glass shape on its side), which covers the body of the bag. The handle is a single strap with red, blue, and light blue vertical stripes. Both sides of the handle are sewn into the bilum with red yarn. The top edge of the bag is light purple, red, and light blue.
Donor notes: "Cost, 50 kina. This bilum was made by Rebecca Iuperi of the Kapahue clan of Bena. She makes bilums in 2-3 weeks for sale to help support her family. It was unclear when she migrated to Goroka from the Bena area."
