Description:
Glass bottle with a rubber stopper secured with a wire clamp. An embossed inscription on one side reads “POLYCLINIC / ETHER BOTTLE” while the other side has graduations from 2 to 10 oz. John Bingham Roberts (1852-1924), a surgeon affiliated with the Polyclinic in Philadelphia, promoted the form.
