Description:
In this black-and-white photograph, eight girls lay on their stomachs in a grassy area, propped up with their elbows, and look to the camera. They wear white blouses. In the background, two buildings and several trees are visible. Inscribed on the bottom of the photograph is "THE CLIQUE." Below the photograph on the mat is a lengthy inscription reading, "The history of the “two weeks” won’t be forgotten, Nelson. / I only hope that distance and years may not dim / the memory of any of the above but especially not that of / the giver – one who thinks of you and hopes for success to you."
