Physical Description:
Colored etching showing a man with torn clothing and a walking stick with a crumpled balloon tied to his back. Eight lines of verse printed below the image describing the man as a balloonist begging for money to pay for gas to fill his balloon. The figure is apparently a caricature of Vincenzo Lunardi.
