Uncolored etching of a caricature showing three women falling from a cart that has broken free from the horse. An angry man with raised fists is holding the reigns of the horse. In the background, a man in a tower points a gun at a balloon in the sky with a figure in the gondola. A woman holding onto a parasol is descending from the balloon. Title below the scene.
