Description:
Tea caddy (chaire). Ivory cover (not original to this jar).
Clay: hard, pale. gray, stained brown on surface.
Glaze: reddish-brown, with areas of thin black and delicate splashings of yellowish tea-leaf green, running almost to base on one side. Interior unglazed.
