The field catalog and notes document William Louis Abbott's field work in southeastern Borneo, 1907-1908. The field catalog covers 5565-5928, November 24, 1907 - April 9, 1908. The notebook includes handwritten and type materials. The catalog begins with an overview of travel details, destinations, weather, island terrain, and observations of wildlife and their behavior. Includes several pasted inserts. Includes hand drawn maps of Pulau Matasiri and Pulo Laut, and Klumpang Bay [Teluk Klumpang], with notes. The catalog lists collect number, US National Museum numbers (151829 - 152119), sex, type, and location date.
