Description:
Design for prefabricated house, likely vacation home, seen in exterior perspective. Modular house with upward-slanting flat roof clad in vertical siding. Front façade features entry door as well as sliding door of twelve glass window panes on track. Front porch covered by overhanging roof supported by four thin columns; at right, three figures clustered either seated or standing. At left, two rectangular windows perforate siding. House situated in grassy area with retaining wall in foreground at steps at right. Trees accent the landscape, as do a few shrubs. Brown, beige, purple, red, green and blue Cello-Tak layered over tracing paper.
