Description:
Design for prefabricated modular house. Perspective in graphite, brown and gray marker shows rectilinear house whose foundation is accented by vegetation. Front elevation consists of opaque door at left with transom above and large plate glass window at right. Inside, vertical striations indicate use of prefab wall paneling. Seating or case furniture positioned in view, with globe-like pendant lighting above. Central volume of structure taller than front or rear modules, with additional clerestory windows overhung by horizontal roof. Notional trees indicated at right.
