Description:
Design for prefabricated modular house C. At center, perspective shows trapezoidal structure with front patio and steps with overhang above large window and entry portal. First module leads into shorter middle section, positioned askance to create additional window plane at front and rear of section, behind which a rear module is positioned in line with the first. At upper left, list of components required for this unit. Signed in graphite at lower right: 2/21/62 E. HOYT.
