Description:
Design for a modular, prefabricated house. At center, exterior perspective in graphite and marker shows four-module structure. At front, trapezoidal entry bay features plate glass window, door with vertical rectangular handle and transom above; through the window, modern bench and hanging globular light fixtures can be seen against a wall that would likely have been paneled with vertical, prefab material. At middle of structure, rectilinear volume fans out from trapezoidal front area and extended above its height, creating additional windows above and at sides. At rear, additional trapezoidal volume would likely surround open window “end cap.”
