Description:
Floor plan and furniture layout for second floor. Two bedrooms, bathroom, and steamroom on west side of floor plan; porch extended from far left. Passage way at right leading to staircase. Large study at center of plan near south; guest room to right of study. Two dressing rooms and bathroom along north wall. Large master bedroom in lower right corner of plan with porch extended at far right. Notes and rough sketches in margins of paper.
