Description:
Study of a figure, possibly for the poster "You Can Set His Spirit Free," a war relief advertisement. Depicted in white outline, a seated figure, dressed in what is likely Army fatigues, turned slightly to the right. A bowl and spoon are balanced in the figure's lap, and the figure holds an open can of food. Between the figure's feet is a gallon jug.
