Description:
Plan shows at top, a large garden lawn with square pool above center, an aviary at bottom left, and an orangerie and kiosk at bottom right. A corridor lined with trees and pathways connect areas. Above garden area is a yard for manure, mold, pots, barrows and working sheds. To the right, the riding house, stables and tennis court. Below are offices and a section for proposed new buildings. An outer court of lawn at right and a large Chinese garden planted with many trees at its border and within the garden. The plan shows foot entrance from the town at left, passage for servants at center right. Scale at bottom right: 12.0 cm, 4 5/8”
