Description:
A Victorian design inspired from romantic epoch of Louis Philippe. It has a Gothic influence. A large naturalistic floral bouquet is tied with a ribbon and bowknotted. Springing from upper scalloped edges of encircling lines are narrow arching bands of florettes and floral stripes meeting at top in pointed arches. Original paper found on bandbox from Dunbarton, New Hampshire. Printed in green, brown, white and yellow on gray field.
