Description:
This elegantly decorated geisha woman stands before us barefoot. Her forest green obi is partly draped over her shoulder, creating a gesture of movement as she glances behind her towards a table and bedding. A quaint little frame depicts a woman walking amongst a bamboo forest. This print is titled “Mutsu of Maruebiro,” although the reason is unknown.
