Description:
The view of Asakusa, with its famous large pagoda, and Mt. Fuji are divided by the structure of the yellow pleasure boat. Almost hidden on the left side of the boat is discreetly placed a geisha. Typically there would be other guests, such as attendants, another geisha, and one or two other guests. The dusting of falling cherry blossoms suggests they were viewing the blooming pink trees.
