Cylindrical vanity case decorated throughout with white enamel stripes, separated by four green and rose gold wreath bands, front and back accented with white enamel placques with diamond-set floral motifs, ends set with pink agate, suspended from an alternating white enamel and gold-link chain with a suspension ring, with a diamond-set thumbpiece and two diamond-set push pieces; interior fitted with a large compartment with matching removable lipstick case, one end opens to reveal a fitted mirror and powder compartment, the other opens to reveal a strike-a-light
