Minutes taken by Kuhn (handwritten and typewritten), secretary for the Association, for two meetings, one on Dec. 19, 1911 and the other on Jan. 2 1912. <br>On the first page Kuhn gives a brief summary of a meeting on Dec. 14, 1911, at which the Association was founded by Henry Fitch Taylor, Jerome Myers, Elmer L. MacRae and Kuhn.
