Summary:
Complex full-page cartoon depicting the facade of a building, with various people peeking out of its windows. An old man with a halo is seated in a throne on top of the building, a scroll at his feet that reads "Lukas Rex." <br>At the top of the image is the text "Fest-Zeitung", which translates as "festival newspaper." <br>Drawing is signed "Leonell C. Feininger fecit, 14.11.88."
