Caption: "Boston, Mass- Miss. Myrtle C. Dickson, is the first woman in Boston to be selected as head master of a Boston high school. The appointment carries with it a salary of {dollar}4464 with yearly increases until it is {dollar}5328. Photo shows Miss. Dickson with flowers presented to her by her pupils."
