Scope and Contents:
The photograph depicts three men wearing black and white robes of locally woven cloth. Their red hats, Tarboosh, are similar to those worn by other Moslems further north. This photograph was taken when Eliot Elisofon was on assignment for Westinghouse Film and traveled to Africa from October 26, 1970 to end of March 1971.
