Scattered records relating to Harold Weston's career include art receipts and expenses; art awards; consignment and loan information; delivery receipts; exhibition agreements; hand-drawn gallery and exhibition plans; framing invoices; insurance records; legal informating relating to Weston's affiliation Boyer Gallery; pricelists and inventories of works of art; and records of sales. Other materials include gift acknowledgements; a copy of Harold Weston's application for the Guggenheim Memorial Foundation from 1933; his will; materials regarding Weston's involvement with the Overseas Museum Project; an inventory of materials donated to Syracuse University; and cancelled stock.
Galleries represented in this series are those at which Weston held exibitions, sold, or lent works of art, including Boyer Galleries, Corcoran Gallery, the Gallery in Paoli, Montross Gallery, the Phillips Collection, and Studio House Galleries.
