Personal correspondence is primarily between Paul Hollister and family members, as well as with colleagues from Hollister's early life. General and subject correspondence is largely professional concerning his career as a glass historian, but also includes his career as an artist and work as a popular columnist.

Use of original papers requires an appointment and is limited to the Archives' Washington, D.C., Research Center.
