Descriptive Entry:
This collection includes manuscript notes and lists on the mollusks of New York and on Naiades in the Smithsonian. The only identified author is C. J. Robinson. The collection also contains original drawings of shells for the plates of Histoire Naturelle des Iles Canaries by Philip Barker Webb and Sabin Berthelot, circa 1835-1850.
