Scope and Contents:
This collection consists of one small photograph of Nemyer, as well as letters and military orders.
Biographical / Historical:
Henry E. Nemyer enlisted in the Air Section in August of 1917 and received an honorable discharge in December of 1918. He later rose to the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Air Service Reserves and applied for a pilot's license and a job with the Department of Commerce in 1927.
